VendorSathi is a localized PWA application connecting customers to offline physical merchants in Ajmer. Customers can view stores, search products catalog, and make cashless payments at the storefront by scanning the merchant checkout QR code.
Simply navigate to the **Wallet page** by clicking the wallet icon in the top header. Enter the amount you wish to add, and complete the payment using UPI, debit card, or credit card securely.
On eligible transactions, VendorSathi automatically rewards points and cashback percentages. These cashback rewards are immediately credited back to your wallet and can be spent at any other partner store directory.
Cash added to the wallet can be refunded back to the source bank account under our Refund and Return policy terms. However, promotional cashbacks and rewards points are non-refundable to bank accounts.
In case of failed transactions, any debited amount is automatically reversed back to your wallet balance within a few minutes. You can also view transaction logs inside the Wallet screen.
